BOCATE
Bocate wood is a hard and moderately dense wood with natural oils. It is a tropical wood that is widely collected and admired because of its elaborate wild stripings. Bocate is scientifically known as Cordir elaeagnoides and can reach up to 100 feet in height. This type of wood resembles a zebra pattern. It is primarily sought after in Central America, South America and Mexico.
